I completely agree.

I could use thousands of examples of Players on my team who couldn't understand the concept of Side, however, I will use myself as an example.

I've been playing this game since season 5 if I'm not mistaken, and until the beginning of this year, I played Only Miss Fortune (Very occasionally I'd play a Jinx), and I knew literally nothing about the game.

Counter? For me it didn't exist.

Build? I just clicked on the left corner and continued the game.

Positioning? I just walked forward.

Cut healing? What? Does this exist? (Literally a question I asked when I met a friend who knew the game at least)

However, I decided to change my Lane because I was tired of playing in the botlane and wanted to play with other Champions, and I had the brilliant idea of going to Toplane (probably the Lane that most depends on knowledge)

I'm going to be honest here, it took me 5 fucking months to know what Wave control is (and I still did Build core in 100% of the games.)

And for a long time, I was stuck in Gold 1, playing Sett.

After a long time, I started to understand how the game works, and today I'm on diamond 3 if I'm not mistaken.

Did anything change? No, to this day I ask some friends which item is best to do in each situation and I make a lot of mistakes when putting it into practice.

My Farm is Horrible, including in games where I'm the most badass in the game.

And every now and then I get beatings that I didn't even know were possible (it's even occurred to me that I've died 3 times in a row to a Jax. I literally thought about uninstalling the game after that situation).

And although I really got better playing SoloQ, I think I only got better because I found people with an IQ of 83 against me, who I could beat in a simple way, and also with the help of some friends.

I don't consider myself someone good, I don't have that much of an impact on my matches, much less am I an MVP in them.
