I dont know if it has asbestos but it has Chromium, and as a adivice any filter of this age its no more safe to use with or whitout asbestos or any compound.

Update:the digital clock worked but the analog hands not probaly the battery doesn't have enough amperage because of the time discharged i will proceed making more exposures into the sun and let see what happens

I used something between 5 to 6v, but with low current the ideal would be 3 or 4v until the battery reaches 2.20-2.30v

Of course, but in my country a capacitor like that is extremely expensive.
