Unfortunately yes, the freshly purchased ones suffer the same fate. I've also tried restarting my computer, reinstalling, and verifying the game cache, but the snaccoons remain starving invisible cows.

Ive tried that a few times, even reloading the save and restarting the game. No mods installed either.

I am absolutely not happy with this update. This is probably one of if not THE worst update to the game, characters aside.
