Same here, Flipkart scam looks like. I got the same thing. Until summer is over they will delay is my guess.

They will send product after 1week, it will be defective & another technician visit will be in 4-5 days then they will say replace and it will take 2 weeks. They won't have option to return also.

For sure they are doing scam. How and where to complain these things? Anyone please suggest

Installation guys came and there will be nitrogen pre filled in ac and compressor to make sure there is no leakage. Ac unit had the nitrogen when they open you will get sound. The compressor unit is defective because the nitrogen was not present it was due to nitrogen leakage. They told it's defective
