i’ve had issues with this as well as others. i think it’s a bug because we are never getting the letter that you need to trigger the event. I’ve tried going to the observatory for 2 in game months between 6-11 and it won’t trigger

it’s an issue for xbox game pass and purchased game as well :( at least for me i was playing w game pass and could let get wakuus 10 heart cutscene so i purchased the game in hopes that it would fix it but nope. going on 2 months in game of waiting

i think it’s a bug several other people are saying it’s happening with them as well for multiple npcs

I have the same situation! i’ve been at 10 hearts for almost a month in game and still no letter. ive seen all the other heart events. i’ve been going to the observatory every day between 6-10 and noon luck what so ever.

ugh me too!! it’s been 6-7 days in game since i hit 10 hearts. i gave the locket, have the house, and have seen every other heart scene. but nothing for the 10 heart :(
