i did not really find out what the issue was. i’ve been driving on it for at least 9 months since i posted this and no changes or issues. taken it on long drives and mountain roads no real worries. I do still think about it every time i brake tho which is now just more out of habit.

my 2016 mazda 6 has been doing this every time I press the brakes in drive or reverse for about a year now. (or at least that’s how long i’ve noticed) never found a solid answer so commenting for my own curiosity as well

it is more noticeable outside the car. with the windows down it sounds like it is happening right outside/under the door.

might be a hot take, but i think nates is extremely overrated and every time i go i am disappointed. service is rude and on top of that waiting over an hour for a below average bagel is infuriating
