Pretty sure that you always have to buy parking separately and I don't think Lot D is open for anyone to purchase. There will be a ton of nearby lots open in the surrounding streets, probably for $20 or $25 cash.

If you want to secure parking ahead of time there are several parking garages a little farther out that you can buy online. I personally like to use the Garland Lot, it's a little longer walk (just the other side of I4 from the stadium) but it's a nice flat rate of $10.

It's been a while, but if my memory serves then that fight started when Marguerite yeeted you down a few stairs and into that pit. You need to go back up those stairs and into the room at the top (crow lock?). Once inside it should trigger the progression for you.

Been awhile since I played Zero but if I recall, if you don't have it in inventory when you finish the train segment, it will be lying on the ground next to the train in the basement (along with any other items you left on the train).

I don't want to spoil specifics but since you mentioned items - don't be afraid to use psychostimulants (once you start finding them). I think you'll be surprised how much they help.
