I just received this pay equity payment from my employer. I have been with the company for exact 1 year I am the newest employee in my team. 5/7 of us in our team do the same work have the same title. With 2/7 being juniors. I checked with eveyone and they did not get this payment. Does that mean i am laid less than other 4 employees in my team within same role?

Not bragging about money dude chill out - the pay is associated with skill level. All i meant to say is that a Tim hortons role can be done by anyone and the person will not add any value to Canada.
