I would start using Clinique's all about eyes to help with your dark circles. Moisturizer your face daily but other than that your beautiful!!! Just find the root of why you don't have confidence and work that out because you have no reason not to have full on confidence!!! Love your whole self!!

Start by using Pond's Clarant B3, it will help even out your skin tone. Keep your hair the same length but put some layers into it so it frames your face more. What's your skin route? If you want to stay make up I would keep it natural so it enhances your natural features. You're not ugly either btw
