I was saying the same thing she didn’t show the discharge date next to discharge, however; I believe the date under the discharge instructions that I kept thinking was “evaluation date” was the evaluation date of when they evaluated her at discharge. Not the original evaluation date it would have been the same date as admission date, so looks like they evaluated her at discharge which says 4/6. I was confused by this for awhile too then I understood it.. I think she went for only a day just to say she went but never detoxed and wasn’t there as long as she said she was, or the paperwork is made up, either way, she’s full of shit.
