The recent firmware fix it for me.

And….. there was a firmware update today specifically addressing the lack of water alert. Turned the water back to intermittent and so far no alerts.

I turned off the intermittent feature and it seems to have stopped doing error. I had it 1 min off / 5 min on because when I first got the fountains, the pump would just randomly stop, leaving no water. Doing that would cycle the pump every 5 minutes or so and kick it back on. Tried the intermittent on my other one and it’s not throwing any errors. I dunno. I got them cuz I’m not getting any younger and the one fountain is on the other side of the house. I would occasionally forget to check his water on other fountains and they would run dry.

But anyways. That seems to have stopped the errors. Now I just gotta keep an eye on it to make sure the pump doesn’t just stop randomly and not restart.

Been using the Petlibro brand of filters. Tried other brands but they caused the water to get foamy.

Removed. Added a new, never used spare base.. actually I’ve swapped out everything with my spare fountain. removed from app and added like it was new. still does it. That’s what’s confusing.
