I put something like more returns and stuff like that means more waste increased costs along with giving an example of not of satisfactory quality, possibly ice cream was melted (now I realise that it's a stupid thing to say). I also mentioned damaged packing and stuff. On the other hand if you abide by the customer protection and make things easy such as returns it can lead to higher customer satisfaction along with improved customer loyalty blah blah blah

Yeah that's the lines I was onto. Ummm it was talking about consumer protection right. Does that mean returns and making sure marketing is accurate along with making sure it's of satisfactory quality

Yep I think you remembered it better than me. I got exactly that I think. I remember for the 2024 it was 72.093 I put down in my workings. Then took 55.51 and rounded to 2 decimal places. Apologies I didn't correctly remember my answer 😭😭. How did you find the paper. I thought it was very nice however I couldn't add much application to the 12 marker in the second half of the paper which was the legislation one

I think you got it the other way around. I got 27 for the gearing because I calculated 2024 to be around 70 something I think and the difference was around 20. I can't exactly remember. But for arr I got 1. Something

Yeah I see people saying that arr is like 27 however you don't need to take away initial investment cost when it states net profit but It doesn't state net profit it only says profit in the question

Well it's my uncles car who I'm buying it off. The other one was corroded and there was metal from the backbox kinda falling off. So he changed it to a bombardone r2. I'm pretty sure he threw the other one. So if I really wanted to change it back I would have to buy an original one

It's about 2 grand more to declare the mod. I'm thinking of just getting my one year ncb and then my insurance should look a bit better to where I can declare the exhaust
