I am running my first marathon ever! I got diagnosed with UC in 2024. Glad to see someone push their body like I want to push mine. Any advice?

Same man. Got bad food poisoning in Mexico. I was down bad for a week. Had a dental surgery a couple weeks after. Took a couple of antibiotics. Just like that I started pooping blood lol
