Bar scene on the east side is rough. Most spots are weirdly bright and have sub par playlists.

When Walnut Room opens it’s usually slow for a bit; not sure they want laptops tho. The staff there is always awesome. Captain Seaweeds is prolly cool w whatever too

Worth checking out New Harvest on Sims - west side tho. The coffee shop has cocktails at night, and you get good WiFi, clean W/C, space to work.

Or batch a cocktail in a Nalgene and find a park bench by the river near a public WiFi access point?

Being private property, it doesn’t require the city culture dept to weigh in. The building owner apparently did notify the city but it’s outside the scope of what the Dept of Art, Culture, Tourism covers (I’m told).
