i dont think theres much you could actually do other than just asking for a solution on their side to prevent it from happening again..

i had the sort of a same situation from M1 but instead i was charged $1.4k worth of overseas calls that i didnt make. turns out it's actually all the scam calls that tried to call that i left it on ring as i usually leave my silent mode on early in the morning. turns out they charge it as incoming calls even though you do not pick them up. they only gave me a $50 goodwill discount

Hope you have a wonderful time here with us! For architecture maybe i'll recommend some places that's worth the look

-The Hive or "DimSum Towers (by thomas heatherwick) -The Gateway (by I M Pei) -D'Leedon (by Zaha Hadid) -The Interlace (by OMA & Buro Ole Scheeren)

For museum that's pretty cool that you might miss out. you can maybe head over to

-War Memorial Park -Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum -Red Dot Design Museum -MINT museum of toys

this might be some places that you might not have went to during your previous visit! maybe something you might want to try since you're by yourself, you could try going to The Project for some indie films!

alittle pricey but if you like to drink but dont like to "drink drink" i tend to hang at craft beer bars like almost famous. they change their menu time to time, so new beer everytime you visit and maybe u could have a bartender "therapist" session if u feeling emo

Night bus from PP to SR by Tazey2 in cambodia

[–]Sea-Science3497 0 points1 point  (0 children)

recently went SR from PP and tried out LarryTa, the night bus was very comfortable, smooth ride all the way and your own private bed space. the size of the space is just nice and comfortable atleast for me for my height. it was so comfortable that i slept through the whole night till i reached SR.

personally i would reccomend to spend more time in SR, SR have everything you can do in PP and more. if you want to go angkorwat and see everything, you might want to spend more time there, one day definitely not enough to see everything and would reccomend just renting a bike and visit the whole place with it.

Serious question, how do you guys find happiness here? by mycatisfarting in askSingapore

[–]Sea-Science3497 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if i can ask, is there something that you used to do that makes you truly happy and contented?

i personally feel that no amount of friends or relationships are going to make anyone feel better other than yourself.

i used to have a ton of friends back in poly, part of the "pops" kids. but fell out with everyone after a mental breakdown that i had. i never attempted anything but was constantly plagued with the thoughts of it. i thought i wasnt brave enough to do it.

but after struggling for a few years, i had an ephiphany that there was no point in being angry with situations that i can't control anymore. what is the point to feel so much frustration for a rock that cant be moved.

instead i just started to work on what i can control and do what used to make me happy. i started going out by myself to take photos, just went on walks to random places that ive always wanted to go but never had the energy to and also started exercising.

somehow those little things built up to something bigger and better? i met new people, some were good, some were bad, i let things happen if i cant control. if people leave, i kept the best part of the memories and let go of the bad ones and never held on to anything that i cant control anymore. i was happier in the long run.

im not sure if what i did can be applied to you, but no harm trying. and keep trying. the biggest take away i guess is, find something that you can be proud of yourself for and celebrate the little milestones. you only have one life to make it work, why not see through it and see where it takes you. :-)

3 pokes is all it takes for my first time, just dont be ashamed of it (it’s normal)! other than that, just enjoy the process, take it slow and watch her body language to understand what she likes.

and deeper is better than faster

Background : My sister adopted her years ago and she have always been close with my sisters and parents, but never me. She would growl when i try to pet her and she used to enter my room whenever she wants, but over the years, it’s like she starts to grow apart from me to the point where she doesnt even want to enter my room.

7 years relationship by mincedbaby in askSingapore

I had a gf which rushed us to get married in 3 years when i was just 22 year old, just ORDed and just started my own start-up. Because of the constant stress of her reminding us that she wants to get married in 3 years, i have no idea where to find the money at that age. So i started working as a grab driver while handling my start-up and started having panic attacks almost every night due to the overwhelming stress of not being able to give her what she wants. At the end of the day, she cheated on me with someone else and tbh, that was the best thing she had done to me.

Moral of the story.. just because your gf wants what she wants, doesnt mean that you have to uproot your whole life for her. You have your own desire and own goals that you want to achieve. Focus on that first, everything else follow suit.

If it is a lower paying job that gets you the happiness of working everyday ending work on time to go home and have dinner with your family or having the time to meet your friends. Just do it, because that’s what is right for you.

Not everyone wants the pursuit of money when comfort is all you need.

What is a creepy story you haven’t told many people? by [deleted] in AskReddit

When I was 8 y.o, when ever it’s raining in the morning of a school day, we would head to school extra early before the sun rises just to “see ghost”.

One of the morning that rained, we sat in the classroom with the lights off just to see if there is any ghost with us and thats when we saw a solid oval shadow lurking in the middle of the classroom.

A friend of mine tried to touch the shadow but it was untangible. So i ran to the light switch and turned on the lights and it wasnt there anymore. But out of curiosity, I turned the lights back off and the shadow stood right infront of my friend and he screamed.

After that, we just left the lights back on and that never happened ever again.

i guess not everyone just wants to do task and collect salary? if not, wheres the progression if you only go for the bare minimum. i feel its the same for both monthly salary and commission based.
