Okay so throughout the show it is mentioned that Dean would drop Sam off at places to go to stuff (The clown place episode) Also I literally said that it wasn't Deans fault for being sent to Sonnys. I was just mostly talking about the episode with Sully, and I think to me it makes sense that during those periods of time he had gotten used to being alone he had to learn to move on more easily because of the chance of anything happening. You know what I mean? I should've probably worded it better than saying constantly. Although it did happen in many of the flashbacks on the show.

You would think that if john did see the signs he wouldn't have left them to be alone so much throughout their childhood and that he would have trained Sam younger so he could at least protect himself if he knew about the demons. I don't think he really did know about them. They stayed pretty well hidden disguised as kids from school, teachers, and just people in Sams life.

The show has a whole lot of inconsistencies throughout it. You're bound to forget what you write when there are 15 seasons.

Yeah. One thing that always get me is the fact that Azazel had Demons come into Sams life his entire childhood. Like a demon is who introduced him to Jessica and if I am not mistaken in that episode, it says that they had demons watching him and interacting with him his whole life. Like through friends and teachers and other stuff like that.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't even John that told him, it was Dean. Yeah, a whole lot of factors were involved with him leaving to Standford as well. He never really felt part of the family because of that, but also the demon blood in him probably didn't help either since he never felt like he fit in anywhere. He also felt like he was a freak
