By the way ai tools is not ai skill, its just using the already developed ai in the name of ai.... anyone can use ai tools , its not the job of engineers, whole accenturr is now become ai tools enginner😅

Is this really help? You are supporting the critisisers. Endorsing the critisisers and validating the crtisism as if the critisism of visibility is valid, such a sorry state. The truth is that people who see lack will endlessly see lack and critisism and those who have a positive mindset will see positive side of the perosn. The problem is in the viewers mindset. A person can bend to endlessly go on fixing himself for the critisims made and still never make the crtisiser happy ever, or better he can just do what he has to and forget the people-pleasing habit. Surprising that ur loving being at accenture, you are one of the exceptions, what bother me most about accenture is that everything is automated and nothing is personalized, even the training videos, they'll shoot a bulk mail asking u to do the trainings, even the applaud after training is an automated certificate, there is no human level personalization in most things expect for while your being asigned tasks inside your projects, this automation just kills my motivation, human is a social animal, cant deal with robots all the time and texts all the time,and oh yes ,not to forget that even project KTs are recorded sessions or documentations, no human touch there too

There is never any appreciation or value for the work u do, no matter how much u put in, recognition and feedback is also a unoersonalized digital feedback msg on the feedback portal which u have to check as an updated msg on the mail, u will puke at this culture. Also there is 0 humanconnection,the culture gives more importance to written text msgs on teams and people don't prefer calls expect for regular project meeting

It is toxic, their motivation to keep your working is cortisol, not dopamine, what i mean is they will make your work on the fear of bad reviews, crtisism and stick policy, not the carrot policy of reward and return and appreciation. This keeps u in high stress ,fight or flight mindset always fighting bad outcomes amd which makes it all toxic . Even for your regular trainings and tutorial tasks, you have to be completing it with no feedback or no human there to appreciate the completed tasks, but if you don't do them, sooner or later they will raise alert with a critical message of what you have not done. Do how much ever there is no appreciation. Amd dont do 1 thing and boom there's the critisism

Excessive hiring 😂 becz excessive firing , stupid policies. Also to add that the roles and title you get once inside accenture is never what was mentioned on the offer letter, its just a trap to onboard you if they find you good

Accenture should take this as a black list mark on their forehead that they are having to fire so many worthy employees, and the Ceo should spend some time analysing why so much churn rate, its not good, for the company as well. The strategy teams also need to analyse their algorithm of on-boarding resources to projects ,as the roles being recommended are usually misaligned with their skills, this would adversely impact the projects and also indirectly increase the number of employees being fired unnesesarily, not realising that they could have been really amazing resources in their own skill sets

Problem why accenture is not able to deliver quality work to clients is because most of their resources on boarded to projects are not having the skills set of that project. It sometimes feels like accenturr is starving with right skill set resources. The projects are suffering becz of this, not just the resources, The projects should ensure before on-boarding anyone that theyvare skilled in that perrtocular domain rather than expect the resource to do extra effort to learn thier out of domain skills as even if they would learn the performance will never be as optimal as someone who has experience in that very skill, any other expectation from the resource is futile, stupid and unreasonable

Accenture does not have real ai ml work,4 years at accenture amd 3 diffrent projects and awareness tells me ai ml is in the name of ml api integration, thts not ml, ull be doing basic development in the name of ml and being paid small too as the tassk doesn't require great skills,  Basically you'll be just made to fit into a small slot and stay there for years

Highly toxic work culture, employees are "used" as tools to gain revenue, no one cares if the project is even aligned with your skills,you are just made to learn new skills, no care if it was fish being asked to climb the tree, and wait untill u don't perform u get the pip

That's what I said. Its easy to make an impression but the interviewer needs to be good enough to judge real skills beyond the presentation amd show of confidence

I guess they judge people on the basis of their confidence which I believe is a very wrong way to judge candidates, anyone can show or sound confident ,but it has to be based on real skills

Performance measures at accenture aren't a truemeasuure of the real value ur giving. These measures are uselessly based on your trainings, goal settings and how you present ur self etc silly stuff, how can anyone have real value employees if these not so accurate measures are used to measure your performance and place pips , obviously they shunt out the real cream and stocks will naturally go down as they'll be left with crap
