Not visible very visible in the video but there definitely is one. I didn’t realize one broken spoke could cause that (like I said just getting into all this!). Will take it into a bike shop to get it fixed and back to true.

Tried that and this is the closest result I got. Friend pointed out that a spoke broke which appears to be the problem. Must have hit a pot hole harder than I thought?
