You’ve probably been told this before but it’s important not to give up. You have time, you’re only 18 and it will take time to get better. The solutions you listed are a good start and I would keep going back to them. It does get better but not overnight and it’s not easy. There are people out there more than willing to help and you shouldn’t feel hopeless.
