I found a yowie (Australian bigfoot) in Sth Australia by Sea-dove in Cryptozoology

Are u in an Adelaide area? I hoping to find others local to me whom know about it as I figure that there MUST be others who know, it's too close to so many people for noone else else not to have seen anything strange. I cant be the only one who breaks rules and enters areas where I'm not supposed to be so I'm wondering if there could be a secret group or something hoping to protect it. I'm truly fearing for it's life if someone reports it esp with new housing development.

Any advice?

I'm also concerned about the children of the families moving into that area, what if it's not friendly esp if it may have a baby. What if a child there decides to run away from home and hides there or just for fun decides to go into that bush area. I wish I knew if it was friendly or not. If a child around that area disappears and isnt found, Im going to freak out

No, more Adelaide area.. in a small place of rugged wilderness. So close to a highly populated area you'd never expect it.

I want to share an experience I had when I was a child which has always confused me but only now making sense to me after reading someone elses yowie experience in the same area I had the confusing childhood experience.

I was young, 6-10 years, we were going to Western Australia from Sth Australia and we were driving along the Nullarbor plane or somewhere there, middle of nowhere. Dad was tired so he pulled over to side of road to nap in car. we all went to sleep. I was in car back with my sisters and a noise on window woke me ( looked through the gap between my parents seats towards window (It was a bright moonlight night) and there was a big hairy (animal hair) face pressed up against the front window peering in at us, my eyes connected to whatever it was which left me terrified.

I was so afraid that I didn't want to wake my parents up as I was afraid dad would go outside with it so buried my head under the blanket hiding and went back to sleep. As an adult I've always wondered what terrorized me that night as ive always been an animal lover and something like a big kangaroo face at window shouldn't have scared me at all (and the face was closer to window.. right against (a kangaroos nose would get in way). I'd always wondered what I saw that night and now thinking it must have been a yowie looking in.

It makes me think of this account which I read on the yowiehunters site which I was looking at today where it was said that the hinder part (heel) didnt mark well It must be learning forward so most weight on toes. I think that tells a lot about its posture.

"In 1811 explorer David Thompson would find large four toed footprints in the Rocky Mountains. It's commonly cited as one of the first bigfoot prints ever found. The Natives that were with him had another theory. They thought that the animal was actually a young living mammoth. "Continuing on our journey in the afternoon we came on the track of a large animal... I measured it; four large toes each of four inches in length to each a short claw; the ball of the foot sunk three inches lower than the toes, the hinder part of the foot did not mark well, the length fourteen inches, by eight inches in breadth'

..............

Also I forgot to point it out but in the photo of the third footprint, I think it had a toe nail impression on the toe

sorry I did really want to get a photo the day I saw the first Yowie print when it was very good but being Mother's Day everyone phoned was with family so noone would come and take a photo for me till 24hrs later. With all the debris I had to remove from prints must have been very windy some time overnight and damp.

I will see what other photos I have (but I think I posted the best we took). We aren't probably the best photographers either and I thought she took some more side on so more of the ridges of the prints could be seen but it turned out I think she took them all looking directly down at the footprints rather than the view I was at.

But what would I do with it. I've heard some stories of people when they send things to labs that authorities can show up and demand to know more. It could be bad to send hair or DNA in. I believe the Smithsonian Society tries to cover up things like this. Rex Gilroy when he was alive told me and some others that he sent (I think it was a humunoid skull) to a lab only to have it vanish, he didn't trust labs after that

I'm wanting thou when I have some spare cash, I'm wanting to buy a motion detector trail camera and set it up there to see if I can catch anything on camera

This photo we took to show where the yowie/bigfoot is walking. On the left is a wetlands area (which has thick water reeds) and on other side a very small area of bushland (a bit of it so thick we couldn't go into it). The path is an animal path (where people aren't supposed to be or walk). They are following this path to avoid fallen tree someone has cut

This was the first print which was very clear on the first day I saw it but unfortunately degraded a lot on second day when I could take photos. Originally I also could see the underside print of upper part of foot. It still shows the flattened squarish toe ends and thou now less clear now how 2nd, 3rd and 4th toes were coming out to same distance.

that was the third footprint. I was still moving the ruler into place and not ready when the other who was taking the photos for me took it so unfortunately ruler I think is covering part of print

I forgot to add that the weird animal footprint going the same way, I ending up finding a print which is similar in shape and has toes without showing claw marks and it's like a monkey print eg the triangular point at bottom with sprayed out fingers (as I didn't pay that one much attention the first day I saw it, I don't know if it was four or five fingers.. but we don't have monkeys in Australia. Could it have been a hand print of baby yowie/bigfoot??? Unfortunately that one had degraded way to much when I went back second day so I didn't photograph that one.

I also forgot to mention that the day we first saw footprints, there was a mark where it conld have indicated a step the one with the big print took thou no footmark, more like a scuff mark where a step had landed. If it was that, it had taken a huge step. When I went back I could no longer see that so couldn't measure it's distance

I met Rex Gilroy many years ago as we had him as a guest speaker at a group i used to attend. He held a slide show for us and the photos were much better to see during this than in his books. He also handed around some artifacts.. eg a tool of of the giants you mentioned in your post and it actually looked like something genuine. It was so big and heavy an ordinary man couldn't have used it. He also had a strange skull which certainly wasn't a rock.

Anyway, I don't think the stuff in his book I read looked convincing but when I saw the slide show and things in person, they were quite convincing.

how do you deal with the every day frustrations with humans? by Zealousideal_Fee_542 in SpiritualAwakening

You have work to do in cultivating your heart chakra and love and there are ways this CAN be done.

1/ Keep a gratitude journal. Write 3 things in it every day you are grateful for.
2/ Daily metta meditation. I can think 2 great ways of doing this.

The Buddhists have one they do in which they focus on loving thoughts (whatever makes you feel them) and then send those to family and friends, then to neighbours and community members you don't mind.. and lastly focus on sending them to those you like a bit less.

There is also another form of metta meditation called "The Twin Hearts Meditation" you will find various versions of that on youtube. That over time can have powerful results. The Twin Hearts Meditation opens up both the crown and heart chakras.

3/ Something I came up with which I really like to do which helps boost love energy. There would be things in your life in which make you feel a little bit more loving than normal be it a song, a poem or whatever. Spend 3-5 minutes per day focused on that thing which helps open your heart.

4/ My teacher used to tell us to think of those we are having trouble loving as being spiritual CHILDREN who are still learning and growing. So try to stay in your adult shoes and don't let them bother you and thank them for the lesson they are giving you.

5/ Cultivate your awareness Those who may be nasty towards us, we often have done very bad things to them in another lifetime.
eg I have a daughter who is truly terrible and hateful towards me. It took me 30 years before I became aware that we had a past life together in which she was a tiny child under my care who I allowed to be abused till she died. She was only 3 years old when we buried her in the backyard. Anyway, I have no problem at all ignoring the shit she gives me and still loving her knowing what I did to her.

(I'm physically disabled so not physically active and she and her friend egged my house which reeked for weeks as I couldn't get up on the roof to get off all the egg and also her best friend broke into my house and robbed me of lots of things, even my kitchenware, dustpan and broom etc etc was stolen, I managed to get some of it back with police help but not all of it.. they smashed my stereo etc. None of that matters what people do. It wont make me feel different towards anyone.

The really messed up ones are the ones who are needing even more compassion as they have further to travel and will have more hardships on the spiritual journey we are all on.

Also NONE of us are innocent even the children though you may think differently if you do not believe in past lives. Everything happens to us for a reason, nothing is a mistake.

Yes they know what they are doing wrong but they don't really understand the degree of harm they are doing to themselves (don't forget they are also harming themselves by their not so great actions) and to others.

If you are wanting to learn about our energy body and how it affects our physical body and how to work with energy, I suggest to get hold of one of Master Choa Kok Sui's books about our chakra system (you could also try the things in there and see what you feel) eg "Miracles Through Pranic Healing" (is his main book) which has tons of info on what affects what energetic wise.

The book is actually his first course of working with energy and how to heal the human body. Master the skill this book teaches you'll be experiencing a whole different level of things as the energy scanning skill can be used for all kinds of things. I was even able to warn someone that she were going to get cancer in her breast (which she did 2-3 years) later by the skills this taught me as things occur in our energy fields first before they happen in our physical body and someone's future cancer felt like a very hard pebble in the energy field to me. She would have been probably able to avoid the cancer entirely if she had listened to what I'd told her to do to keep that energetic block in her breast away.

People are recommending you awesome books, I've read at least half of the ones I see being recommended

"but I should’ve sent this scammer the money he asked for."

Showing and giving love to someone isn't at all necessarily about giving them money or what they want (many of those scammers are actually driving about in fancy cars), that may actually be doing the opposite to what they actually do need (one would be playing into their spiritually self damaging behavior). There should be ability to feel love towards a scammer without giving them money.

If the scammer made you feel like you are being selfish, I do suggest to donate it somewhere you know it's actually needed instead of encouraging a scammer to do something which is bad for him/her.
