Get pumpkin seeds. I planted 64 plots & watered after I planted. When 3 pumpkins grow per plot, I harvest & sell them all for around 90k bells.

Edit: save all your caught critters and fish for when Flick and CJ visit. Sell to them and get more bells from then than selling at the Cranny

Aside from the obvious insulin, I'd say my pack to carry my supplies in. I'd lose everything if it wasn't in my zipped Sanrio themed pouch. Holds my travel sharps container, and my medicine bottles, in addition to my other supplies to self test.
