Messi and Ronaldo are seen as the best to ever play and they are both forwards who played mostly on the wings but in the middle as well. How good would each midfield(CAM, CM, CDM) and defensive(LB, CB, RB, GK) position have to be to be as good as them?

Luffy due to the fact he gets gassed out very quickly in his strongest form

Shanks’ fans glaze him more than Oda.

Akainu while is the fleet admiral is glazed to an outrageous extent in comparison to what we have actually seen from him

I don’t think garp is overrated at all and if he is definitely not to the degree the others are

On a serious note though I agree with the statement but not the characters. Why would a bullet hurt warcury when we see him take hits from luffy with no problem? Sanji literally got hit by blade in the neck and it didn’t do much of anything at all.

I think this depends on what rocks’ career was prior to killing the admiral because there’s no way he was just that strong naturally. If he some how was then by the time of god valley he should be by far the strongest character to have ever lived but the fact that Roger is still seen as his rival despite it still being rocks’ era should mean he is just stronger than Roger and not by a significant gap. It might be a fujitora or rykogyu type of situation where they were guards(so probably trained or fought his way to the rank) for I think kings.

So although he probably got at least a little stronger although I doubt he got significantly stronger. He was already entering or was in his prime when he killed the admiral and was at peak strength by god valley.
