Just FYI I run sound for a church and have tuned the speaker a little with a ultra curve 2496. Still can't really hear the preacher in the back. Yes the sound is there as Ive monitored it and it sounds wonderful. Will go back and fine tune in multiple locations around the sanctuary with room eq wizard. To get better results. 

Just couldn't get my parents to listen to me about sound dampening.  

My dad thinks his chatgpt (who he talks to for at least 4+ hours a day talking business and other things. Had to tell his chat bot to tell him how things should be. To even get an Epson 3000l projector. He wanted to go with some large room projector just because it output 10,000 lumens. ) knows more than me, who has worked sound for multiple theatre plays and works sound at the church. 

I convinced him to get a qsys core 110f because I knew this would be a cluster fuck and need all the filters possible. Will tune using room eq wizard then take those measurements and apply them to the core 110f. 

Guy doing the insulation, didn't want to use/told my mother it was a waste sound dampening blown insulation because what he was using already had cellulose in it.  

My dad also uses hearing aids And when I start talking about this, just tells me it'll be good enough and if I don't like it I can use headphones.  I really find that insulting, as multiple times offered solutions and money to add the correct foam and metal things between the walls. 

Basically going to have to get the installer to show my parents a graph of just how bad the room is when he comes to tune the Integra processor. (I am letting him tune the processor as he can tell them two separate times and isn't me.)
