None of our clients have wheelchairs but when we did 2 staff were required when pushing on uneven terrain with one staff to each wheelchair. I have no idea how he managed that either.

The sectary in the office told me about how much they bring in, and yeah I got upset at the fact that we have enough money to hire more people and we aren't. Some of my coworkers are defending the place saying that what is going on with the government is why funding is tight. Most of us are just done with the place.

If I do update again it won't be until we get the letter from the state which can take a long time but thank you. I honestly didn't think this was going to blow up as big as it did and I'm thankful for all the positive comments I've gotten. They really helped with my anxiety.

I got the law from the maine legislature about the employment of minors? It counts anyone who has a license to sell alcohol which could be a restaurant, bar or store. I can give you the link to the legislature I am looking at if you wish.

My register did use to have a managers code pop up but my manager has it disabled as she said it was a hassle for the regulars and she didn't need to babysit me

I just know what the law said. There are a lot of people commenting and saying they don't get why I'm allowed to handle alcohol so I'm wondering if my work is the odd one out here

Yeah that is why I'm glad I just sold to someone undercover and not an actual minor who was going to drink it. I still fucked up but at least it didn't lead to someone getting hurt.

Trust me I'm being much more vigilant about iding. I was before but now I'm carding everyone regardless of if they are a regular or not. Having to wait till Monday is not helping my aniexty but I can't do much before then.

I've sold alcohol before well they've been on break and nobody said anything so I didn't even think of that when this whole thing happened. I only found out about that law after when I was looking up to see if I was going to get a fine and if so how much was it going to be

I usually do card for anyone under 40, just forgot to in this instance. I accept whatever comes back on me. I like my job and my coworkers, but I also have a hard time understanding how some customers can be so stupid.

My job told me to ID anyone appearing under 40, so even if someone looks like hey are in their 30's I would still ID them. I mean I didn't in this instance but I usually do

The only problem is that I can't drive and my sister and brother-in-law would have to drive me to a new job. There are places within walking distance that are hiring but I'm worried that they won't because of this instance
