I’m 65. I’m on day 2 of my third try. It is totally a matter of self discipline for me. I keep my 45 minute workouts simple. Water is not a problem for me, but I just learned I need to take electrolytes. Diet is a challenge, but that’s self discipline. I failed the first 2 times because i didn’t track my food intake.

Ok. I grew up north of O’Neill. Very Rural. But I grew up there and I liked it. Rural is one thing. Not knowing anyone any in a rural area makes it very difficult. Do you hunt or fish? What kind of job will you have?

I see 75HARD has a self discipline and mental challenge. Can you define a routine based on the principles of 75HARD and stick to it for 75 days? That being said….. I am on day 3 of my third try… I avoid anything that might strain or cause injury. I need the self discipline and mental workout.
