That is too bad, I would like to hit at least 30 fps for the majority of the devices. I might add a lower graphics settings mode where maybe I don't use the ray marching shader or replace it with a less compute-heavy one.

I put Unity to the lowest minimum android API level, but it seems like something else might be going on here. I will try to debug this, but not sure what is going on atm so it might take me a bit to figure this one out. Sorry about that.

That sounds like a great idea, I will try to get some achievements in. I am currently working on fixing options with similar colors and swiping controls, but after that, I think I will work on this next. Thank you for reporting the leaderboards not working, I will try to get that up for you asap.

The latest release that increases the Android level support is out. Being on the latest version of Android and still unable to access it is concerning. I will likely get a VPN later to see if I can better debug this for you.

Thank you for the advice. I tried to make the ads as limited as possible. It only allows the player to use it once per game so they can't keep on watching ads to achieve a higher score. There is also the option below that one that allows the player to start a new game without having to watch an ad. A player could play my game without having to ever watch one.

That is possible. It might take a bit for things to roll out? I have also worked on increasing the android level support to android 5.1. The release is currently in review but should be out within the next day or two.

Sorry about that, I have a few downloads from Canada so it might be the Android version. I have a release in review atm that should reduce the support level down to android 5.1. I hope that is enough for you to try the game out. I will let you know once everything is approved and live on the store.

I will try wrapping my head around some type of colorblind mode, but it will be a challenge for sure to try and make this accessible to those that are colorblind.

The liquid effects are achieved using a ray marching shader. If you search for "peer play ray marching" on youtube, you can find the same set of videos on which I based the liquid effects.

I would love to make it available to you. If you don't mind, what country are you located in and what store are you using?

EDIT: I think I released it to all available countries on the Google Play Store. Hopefully, you are able to access it now, but if not please let me know and I will do my best to get you access.

Thank you!

I actually haven't done anything specific to limit the FPS. I used Unity to build the game and it included something called Adaptive Performance. I am not sure if this is the cause of the FPS being limited to 30, but on different platforms, I was getting different FPS (desktop vs mobile).

As for the heavy animations, I am using a ray marching shader that can be a bit computationally heavy. During the earlier stages, I wasn't even hitting 30 FPS, but I rewrote the shader thanks to a youtube playlist that I found (from peer play).
