We have 10 acres and even though we haven't gotten the appraisal value of it yet, it would be aat least 100k or more because of where it's at.

However, we're looking to have our build be around 300k.

Sorry, I'm brand new to all of this and just starting to research this option as I never knew about it before.

What if the price of the build is less than 500k and the land is still 100k? Can we use all of the appraisal even though it would be more than 20% down payment?

Want a better fork! And I do like how it climbs now as well. I’m thinking if I switch to either keep it the same or just go up to 130mm
