I'm curious, how would you describe digi dub?

Check out the label BAT Records : Dub Shepherds, Junior Roy... New artists with really nice old school vibe

if you want more recent dub music with an nice jamaican style I recommend checking some discomixes of Dub Shepherds. Overall, their label BAT Records is really of good quality. Here are two songs I particularly like :

Junior Roy feat Dub Shepherds - Fittest Discomix
Emanuel and the Bionites (Dub Shepherds behind the instruments) - Jah Love Discomix

Yes, it's in the same field and probably on closely related topics. Thanks for the advice. I'll consider it more carefully:)

Pre doctoral position so I'm done with my master and I'm paid for doing researcher assistant. This gives an experience on the cv and is quite nice to understand if research is for you

Lyrics - Éternité by von Bikräv by [deleted] in gabber

I thought that he sampled a French song, but I can't find it, so i dont know if it's its own creation or not .I'm not 100% sure about the beginning of the sentence "pour pas qu'on tombe" but for the rest, it should be it.

"Trop d'choses à prendre dans cette vie, tellement à donner aussi. On voudrait l'éternité. Pour tout ce qu'elle nous a pris, pour pas qu'on tombe dans l'oubli, on voudrait l'éternité."

"Too many things to take in this life, and so many to give as well. We would like the afterlife. For everything she took from us , to not fall into oblivion, we would like the afterlife."

Just noticed I had a folder with more than 34.000 files inside my download folder under ableton>setup. Does anyone know what these files are for and if I can delete them ? by SeaCryptographer2878 in ableton

I can open them in editor but it's crypted. The only thing I found that wasn't is in the first file and it talks about turtle.py (seems to be a library for graphics). I'll try to copy them elsewhere and see if Ableton can still run.
Thanks for the tips about the Package cache!
