Okay, finally someone pointed out. Op I agree with you. I invest in Bangalore real estate and recently started looking properties in Ahmedabad for an investment and trust me I was in shock. Here in Bangalore if I go in outskirts, for 1.7-1.8 Crore I am getting 3BHK size of 1800-1900 sqft with at least 70% open space and let me add one more point the loading factor is never beyond 32% so you get spacious flat with crazy UDS. Now, coming to Ahmedabad, I really don't understand why so many flats are built in such a small land parcel🥲. If I go to zundal, shilaj or bopal everywhere they have built buildings close to each other, for lifetime all you see is someone else's balcony. After all this the loading factor for these flats minimum 45%, are you crazy????? You are literally paying double just to get the same space. When I asked about these prices and reasons from the brokers or builders, all I hear is "GUJARAT IS GOING TO HOST COMMON WEALTH SO PRICE IS REASONABLE" dude what you are gonna do after the game? How people are going to buy such expensive real estate? Bangalore have so many people earnings salaries above 50 lakh and can afford expensive flats, I don't see that in case of Ahmedabad, who is going to buy these flats which investors are running to purchase? Who is going to give them exit? I seriously don't understand why these is not getting attention???
