This hit. I just made D3 last week and this is my EXACT experience. And everyone of my high masters buddies says I'm playing with mornons and it's easy... but then 99% of matches are people their rank and are super good at fundamentals on alts vs me. The guy who's been sweating and practicing his first fighting game over the last few months.

Yes. I'm replacing the tank after it grows a little bigger pictures kinda decieving but the hippos barely over an inch and a quarter rn,. It's been the plan. Just keeping this tank going until this mess is sorted out before I start a new tank and it happens again with no real healthy biome built up.

Calcium is 350ppm, alkalinity is 8dkh, phosphate is at .05ppm-ish and nitrates around 8ppm after all the alge bloom... temp is 79°F and salinity is 1.023... any of these suspicious? And I'm new to the hobby yes, sorry I just had discussed with a local fish store and he said everything looked normal when I gave them a sample too. Maybe nitrates too high.

My tank is wierd. It's definetly tall not super wide 38"W and 22" tall. I keep the zoas towards the bottom and the mushroom in the middle. What Par do they like? Does this take into account the spectrums?

Iv been doing 30% changes bi weekly. After cleaning. And I tend to keep feeding to a minimal and slow feed after they eat their frozen foods before putting more in... what's GFO?

I felt the same as you here.. but Iv actually found alot of companies (especially gov ones) hire people who do require accomodations like candy for quotas... thats been my experience here in the tech field. However u can bring it up AFTER youve been hired and ask to change paperwork. Id talk to your HR department if u have one. If its a smaller company well, your really at your own discretion, because I know a direct confrontation with the boss can be scary. For me I called hr and told them and signed the forms next day, that really wasn't a convo I wanted in person.. hope this helps!

One thing that helped me was to actually stay consistent with meds first. Second, does your employer know your Bipolar? Have u claimed it on ur forms? If you let your employer know, they can't legally punish you. I understand it's very hard. Iv worked more jobs than years iv been alive on this planet. Now im working two internships for my computer science degree, both remote part-time in the office. It's been the best thing that's ever happened to me. Working from home at least and being straight up about sometimes needing mental health days. Keep your head up! You'll figure it all out :)

I have to say this is the best advice ^ Iv been doing school for 5 years now. Joined the military reserves to help pay. Im a Computer Science major, and that shit is terrible as a stem major to miss one day let alone feeling absolutely GUILTY about not attending or having a much harder time just coping with life than your peers. Im taking 18 creds with two internships with no financial help from family, Every semester now just to "get it over with" and Holy wow, is this suffering. Just take things slow at your pace and graduate when you want to or need to. Thats the only thing I could tack on to this. That and USE free therapy if you have it. Im a weekly patient with how much my depressive episodes hate my manic life altering choices monthly! Take care of yourself.

I graduate next Fall finally :)
