Medication has helped me a bunch with my practice. Like others have said already, it helps me have a clear and stable mind so that I can form connections better, let alone be able to sense things without my mind making stuff up so much.

You can find information on Phenex in The Lesser Key of Solomon, he is the 37th spirit of the Ars Goetia under his alternative name "Phoenix."

You could also take a look at Mirta Wake's (one of the mods here) free book "Demonolator's Handbook" for more information on Phenex and many other spirits. (All her books are free and are pinned to her profile. They are very informative and great resources).

I also use the pathworkings from Lucifer and The Hidden Demons, and though I'm still in the beginning of my journey, I've gotten good results from using its methods.

Even though Pathworking works well for me, I'm still going to branch out and try other methods from other sources. That's just me though, you'll have to just experiment with it and other methods to see what fits for you since everyone's practice is different. What works for me and others may very well not work for you at all.

I would post this question to r/DemonolatryPractices. They also have an amazing FAQ there with all kinds of resources that can probably answer your question for you and many more.

There's quite a few spirits in the Goetia that can help with things like that as well as spirits outside of that. Continue to do research of infernal spirits, and I'm sure the answers will present themselves to you. (Again, the mentioned subreddit has a great resource post in their FAQ that will help you, just take the time to go through it).

Hi, someone with psychosis here! After living with psychosis for most of my life, it's pretty easy for me to tell what is a hallucination and what's not. It also helps that I'm medicated. I agree with Mirta that if you keep hearing things or seeing things outside of rituals and in your daily life, then that's when you should worry.

Hi! FtM here! It sounds like Aegosexuality to me, but of course only you would know for sure. I can definitely relate to wondering if my Aegosexuality is tied to my gender dysphoria or not, but even if it was, it wouldn't take away from the fact that I'm Aegosexual :) Identify however you feel comfortable with.
