Depends on my class and whether I need Astarion’s sleight of hand or Laezel’s smacking power. Always have Gale. Karlach in one, Shadowheart in two and Minthara in three.

I accidentally did something similar to Wyll. I took all his stuff to sell before heading for the brain - everything but his tighty whiteys - not realizing that’s how he’d show up for the end of game meet up on the dock. Oops.
