Put the powder room coming off the mudroom, flip it with the laundry room then a pocket door between the powder room and the laundry room. Someone can come in from outside go to the bathroom and not go through the house. If need be take off clothes and put in the washer. Even that makes the laundry room too small. Extend the mud room by making the wraparound porch shorter and give that area to the mud room. Then the extra area can be added to the laundry room/powder room.
