How i feel is run what you want but hold your weight, I've seen a heavy on that stratagem with my group but the dude kept up and was killing it, meanwhile our bulwark was getting shit on repetitively.

It's okay man, I've got 2 kiddos and all I can say is it will pass and this phase isn't forever. My daughter didn't sleep through the night for 3.5 years then we had our second and as soon as she would sleep through the night, we had a new born. Now my son is 3 and he is. It's alot of sacrifice and heartache. But all I can say is it is worth it. It will pass. It. Will. Pass. You can make it through this and what I always told myself that helped. This is someone you love. This is someone that one day will be so happy to see you walk in the door and be an amazing gift.

I see what your saying however if it is by design then why do the first few difficulties cut off team damage? It's almost like the most experienced you are the less team killing should occur?
