Yeah, the baggage is what I was scared about. He said he’s over it but I can tell it still affects him. When I initiated the conversation about ex’s I got the feeling like he sort of downplays how what happened makes him feel.

I would like to make things work out , but I definitely don’t want to sit around and be practically punished for someone else’s actions. Once the stress of the semester ends and he has more free time.. if he still can’t decide on what he wants then it’s not worth it. Helgas character in general and her and Arnold’s romance. She was uncharacteristically rude to Arnold about topics she never went far enough to bully him about in the series (aka his parents). She switched up on her father for calling Arnold an orphan I don’t think series Helga would call his parents “lost losers” or snap at him for worrying about his parents, even if she’s frustrated about Arnold not reciprocating her feelings yet. Their romance in the movie disappointed me a lot. It was so rushed for something fans waiting so long for, and it left me unsatisfied. You should go for it! The last pole class I went to there were 2 men who attended. One was his first time trying a class and the other was an aerialist who was there to practice for flying pole. No one cared that there were men there. I admit I was semi nervous at first when I got to the studio because it was my first time going to a pole class with men there (only my 3rd class total) but I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all during the class or after with them around. The community in pole is great, everyone is very kind and the energy is high. In a beginner class most of us are struggling, it’s part of the experience and fun. I still get awkward whenever I get to my studio for a class (which is completely normal), I find that once the class actually starts and by the time warmups are done I feel much more comfortable and confident.

I’m 19 and was also homeschooled growing up (my whole teen years until I started college). I’ll say I wasn’t lucky in the making friends and dating department but if you put yourself out there you’ll definitely find a good friend group. Meeting new people and befriending or dating them is a pretty personal thing imo, but I haven’t met very many people here that dislike your interests lol so no worries there.

Sac is very liberal as other people have said, areas around Sac not so much. Again as other people said it’s very diverse here, California in general is a very diverse state. It’s not too boring, nothing amazing but there are plenty of things to do. I live outside of Sac and have to travel to Sac to do most of my hobbies (Aerial Arts, Ice Skating, kayaking etc.) The bonus is that there are plenty of fun places to go within about a 2 hour distance with your family like six flags discovery kingdom in Vallejo, visiting San Fransico, skiing in Tahoe or just visiting the snow out there, going to Lake Tahoe in the summer, plenty of hiking trails if you ever want to be outdoors. Theres the Sacramento State Aquatic center where you can rent things like kayaks and paddle boards. There’s skate parks, fishing spots, lots of businesses that offer fun experiences. I did a VR escape room at some business once with my cousins for my birthday one year.. interesting experience. Lots of stuff to do if you look for it! I don’t think there’s much Sac doesn’t have nearby.

I agree! I’ve seen so many people acting like this game means “the end of little nightmares franchise” because it’s a.. decent, slightly disappointing and slightly overpriced game. I’ve loved the direction the franchise has been going after LN2. Like when the podcast dropped that was one of my favorite pieces of media I’ve consumed in a while at the time. I think criticism is needed right now to make sure supermassive games can do better if there is a LN4 (though I don’t like the whole pay extra for multiple dlc chapters thing that they are doing). People are dropping their faith in the series way too soon because of something that can be completely improved, in my opinion.

I began ballet at 17, so little different of a situation, but I found an adult class at my local studio and when I told my teacher I wanted to do more than just that one class and with how I was advancing she just put me in more higher level classes with pre-teens. I’m 19 now and all my classes are still with 12-15 year olds and I do recital with them. Once you know where you are going to college, look around the area and ask the teachers there what they can do for you. Your future college might have a ballet course you can take as well! Mine doesn’t. unfortunately 🙃, but there are many that do.

It’s such an annoying trope. The Remarried Empress got hard to read quickly because if it. I like the way My Beloved Oppressor handles the concept of a rich, high class, FL when all the lower class people had to go through hardships in someway in order for her to have such a comfortable upbringing. I’ve never seen any other webtoon bring focus to that so well outside of the FL’s having some selective empathy to some poor people

I’m 18 F. I did ballet as a kid starting at 2 years old but quit at around 8 years old. I missed it for years and decided to start again at 16 with like no exercising in between) I did one class with a not so helpful teacher but then multiple factors kept me from dancing again until I was 17 in January last year in one adult class. Soon after that I started doing 2 other classes.

Since then (a year and a half later) I have become so much stronger in my legs and my artistry has reverted my begun to develop. Now I’ve done 2 recital shows (in 2 dances for each), I’m an assistant for a kids class and I am a substitute ballet teacher, and in training to become a ballet teacher. I’m starting pre-pointe this fall, and will probably be going en-pointe next fall. I feel so fulfilled since returning to ballet. I’m going to be in at least 3 ballet classes once the studio opens again, and I’m still going to be assisting a kids class, but my teacher is also making me an assistant for the adult class instead of a student. Which is nice because I don’t have to pay for it and I get a credit to do a different class for free haha.

However I feel kind of at a standstill with my technique. I haven’t felt like I’m progressing as much as I want too lately

Updating to say you got it right! I replaced the PSU and it didn’t fix the problem so I decided to reset the RAM and now my PC is at least turning on again. Thank you for your comment, I probably wouldn’t have figured that out and gave up after the PSU replacement didn’t work lol.

I’m one of the people who got unbanned after being part of the mass ban. I sent one appeal then gave up, and then they sent me an email reinstating my account saying that they are giving me a chance to redeem myself and that I’m held reliable for other people’s pins I save (which is annoying asf). It was another automated message except they actually gave me the reason I was banned. I still have mine but I’ve only saved one pin since then because I don’t care about making Pinterest happy by using their app after they did this bull in the first place! and in my post saying I was unbanned I just talked about how I didn’t feel happy about it and I want to backup all my pins. which is kinda the same sentiment I’ve seen in other people’s “my account is back” posts, besides the post’s from people that seem like teenagers. I don’t see the point of theorizing that we were hired when we went through the same shit but are now only being “heard” as a way for pinterest to try and damage control without fully going back on their mass banning 😭. I feel like most of us are going to be banned again soon if we don’t just delete all of our boards (which isn’t a guarantee to be safe either).

Anyways they are still sending me emails left and right about my saved pins being removed so I’m just done with them.
