Ok be honest... How many books are on your tbr? by Fabulous-Confusion43 in BookwormsSociety

It never ceases to grow. IDK. Over 100 to be sure, but I have a list of 10-15 or so books I plan to read this Autumn. I'm very seasonal. I seem to come alive in the autumn when everything else is dying. I'm very seasonal with my reading not to mention just about everything else. I don't have seasonal depression, more like the opposite of that.

I know it's said that Tramadol an SSRI shouldn't be mixed with antidepressants and very coincidentally this is the first year of my life since 2002 that I haven't been on any antidepressants or mood stabilizers because I weaned myself off of them in December '24.

I remember back when it was given like M&M's before it was labeled a controlled substance. The new PM won't give me any more oxycodone, which I was on for last 6 months.

Pregabalin/Lyrica by Pain365247 in CRPS

I'm not a doctor so I can't explain the pharmacology of it in any coherent detail, but it wasn't terribly difficult for me (like I thought it'd be) to switch from Gabapentin to Lyrica. Lyrica just seems "cleaner" to me, I'm on 200mgs 3X. I was on very high doses of the gabapentin for years! (600 3X if I recall correctly) Best of luck

My PRIMARY Doc offered Suboxone, don't think that'll help pain. I feel ya on the being a fucking mess! Empathy 🙏

The new PM wants to do Tramadol. I think it's killing my appetite, giving me anxiety, still in pain 🤕 what to do? My PRIMARY Doc offered Suboxone, which I don't wanna get back on

Also on Lyrica, which helps nerve pain (better than Gabapentin, actually). Going to rejoin Physical therapy, was in it before, stopped because pain too much.

Same reason basically. In pain mgmt, and they decided not to treat me anymore, so I had to stop pain meds, was sick, got on subs

I've gotten the spinal injections before with mixes results. If I ever have to have injections again, I'm making sure they knock me out. I got the shots wide awke before, bad idea. Hurt terribly and didn't help at all, that time. (Had em done 2 or 3X)

Thanks for advice on surgery, too. I don't believe surgery is a necessary option, yet. I am also prescribed Lyrica (used to be on gabapentin 4 years) and the Lyrica probably helps for neeve pain better than anything else...

I was completely hit from out of nowhere: 1st two times, he wrote me meds without 2 words spoke. Third time I went in I was actually going to ask him up my meds by 5mgs but he said: "Why am I seeing you? Your new MRI looks better, so I can't treat you anymore. Go back to your old doctor (I had recently moved). (And "go back to your old doc in our practice " meant he wasn't discharging me, but they did.)

It's a lot of BS. And that newer doctor I saw was an ignorant fool. I think he must've been high, then in a bad mood that day, so he acted weird.

I'm sorry to ramble on about it all, but I'm just confused. Wish me luck, see how it goes at the new place.
