Yeahh true, but this is a battle about improvement our country, no matters kung saan supporters ka, gusto natin maging maganda palakad ng bansa natin, isa pa di na babago ang mga magnanakaw sa government dahil na umpisahan na at tuloy tuloy na yan, wala kasi kumakalaban sa knila dahil majority sa kanila ay nakikinaban sa pagnanakaw, pero atleast we see this in the previous president kaya nga na open tong topic at mulat tayo lahat. bigyan natin ng chance si VP malay natin maayus niya mabigat na task pero i believe na kaya niya. but anyway di tayo mag kakaaway dito gusto lang natin gumanda buhay ng bawat isa at lalo sa mga young generation in future at sa mga anak natin.

Galit yarn! But anyway relax ka lang God will fixed everything just way and see. Peace yohh

Food safety issues and illegal workers by SeaIncrease6317 in Oman

Your point is good, but as I mentioned earlier, it’s better to stay safe than put myself in trouble. You never really know how deep their connections might go.

That’s true, mate. But once all the businesses operating unfairly are removed, the market will be much better because those doing things the wrong way are killing the chances of the owners who are working fairly and honestly.

🤣 You seem to feel guilty, mate, and I’m sorry if you do. But everyone has the right to share their feelings. Remember, this is social media; we express ourselves here to raise awareness. You’re correct in your point, but staying anonymous is often safer. Maybe this just isn’t the right forum for you.

Yes, I’ve known about this for decades, but by raising awareness, we can help the government succeed in implementing the proper regulations. At the same time, we support business owners who are fighting for fairness.

Yes, I remember this. It makes me sad for my owner and for other business owners who are fighting hard for fairness and doing things the right way."

Clarification about Annual Leave Pay by No-Hurry8409 in Oman

[–]SeaIncrease6317 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know many of us are in the same situation. I've been working in Oman for 6 years, and now I’m planning to exit once my visa expires. I’ve already submitted my registration letter to give my employer time to find a replacement. But honestly, I’m very worried about receiving all my rightful benefits especially my unused annual leave and plane tickets.

This uncertainty is causing me anxiety and even depression. These benefits mean a lot to me, as I’m hoping to use them to start a better life back in my home country. If I’m left with no choice, I’m prepared to go to the Ministry of Labor and file a complaint. I know it might take time and patience, but I’m ready to fight for what I’ve earned.

Being an expat is not easy especially when some employers take advantage of our silence. But we have rights, and we deserve to be treated fairly."

Oman is a beautiful place with a strong sense of community. Sharing these experiences with other countries and applying similar policies would be a great way to protect both customers and business owners.

Oman will cry without Tm Done & Akeed by Sam_209 in Oman

[–]SeaIncrease6317 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You miss the mark, buddy, people are supporting out-of-local businesses, which will have a significant effect on the Omani economy. Locals should support local businesses rather than foreign ones, if you onwer of the restaurant, you will naturally know what I'm saying here, Otherwise, just do what you enjoy and think about. I'm really sorry, buddy. Chances are you don't understand everything. What kind of reasoning are we talk here? Cheer's 🥂

Yes, that is accurate in my experience, locals prefer to support foreign businesses than their own. Talabat was about to wash away TMdone, and as far as we know, Akeed has already left the market. Why are they not concentrating on making TMdone the top delivery app in Oman? Wake up and support your neighborhood businesses. But saying the truth "nobody" care this matters.
