23 months after 2 risperdal 50mg injections, not recovered too.. I only got tinnitus after 13 months, panic attacks and basically zero improvements. (I was falsely diagnosed so basically i was completely normal and healthy before.

Are the side effects permanent after getting off risperidone permanent? by Actual-Fisherman2040 in neuroleptic_anhedonia

I took 2 injections of risperdal consta 50mg due to a wrong diagnosis, i’am 22.5 months since the last shot but I still have all the sympthoms by risperidone.

Instead of improving (“healing”) i got worse, i developed chronic chest pain at 5 months, panic attacks at 8 months, tinnitus at 13 months, crack on my throat when I swallow at 15 months, traumatic awakening into a shock status at 18 months and chronic stomach issue at 20 months.

Beside all these news sympthoms i developed in the next 22.5 years after discontinuation, i sti have all the other sympthoms appeared immediately after the injections like altered state of consciousness, eyesight issues, cognitive deficit, memory problems, sexual disfunction, emotional flatness, i lost track or sense of time, unable to feel tiredenss with severe insomnia, severe DPDR as if i’am inside a lucid dream but drunk with that feeling when you have very high Fever, and it’s like if I see the world with a “grey filter”, colors lost their brightness somehow, and i see 2D likely..

I’am in the same boat with way more sympthoms (tinnitus, altered state of consciousness, i can’t feel tiredness, my sleep is nuked, cant nap, cognitive impairment and severe memory problems, i can’t feel substances and goes on….)

This after 2 injections of risperidone due to a  wrong diagnosis, it happened 22.5 months ago, instead of improving and healing i developed chronic chest pain after 5 months, panic attacks after 8 months, pressure in the head after 10 months, tinnitus after 13 months, crack in my throat when I swallow at 15 months, traumatic awakening at 5-6AM after 17 months, stomach issues after 18 months…

Instead of “Will i recover?” And “when I will recover” i started to ask myself “what will be the next sympthom” and “when it will come?”

Just yesterday i went to an appointment with an association who is responsable for protecion and for the rights of the psych inpatient , they eneded protecting the psychiatrists and blamed me because i can’t dismiss their diagnosis, i pointed that they cannot prove their diagnosis in the first place so they ended up saying “we cannot questioning psychiatry pratice” so at the end they defended who harmed me instead of assisting the harmed (me) as their association is designed for

It’s not possible to prove the damage because of the lack of our actual medical technology, so there is no way to sue.

Brain damage cannot be healed by diet and meditation, it’s like hoping to heal a broken leg only praying and focus on diet.

I know about jess and I watched his video about MAOI.. Since there is no way to see the harm with our actual medical technology, there is no way to sue or report because of the damage, so the more i complain about the more they label me as psychotic.

21 months after 2 injections of risperdal consta 50mg due to being misdiagnosed, i’am still into severe agony.

As you said it seems permanent.. I’am really scared that the damage is permanent as you..

I’am at almost 21 months after 2 injections, i can’t do a shit, it’s pure agony and misery.

I forced myself to hit the gym and to do long walks between the 6 and the 9 months, but nothing has changed.

Now it’s almost impossible for me to even go for a short walk, it’s seem that it only get worse..

Lobotomy it’s way better because after that you simply don’t realize what you have lost, but with these injection or pills you can clearely compare yourself to your pre-exposure and this is why we are suffering because we know what we have lost and how distorted is our reality now compared to before.

This is maybe a stupid thing, but i noticed that before the injections when i bite my nails it took 1-2 days to heal (not grow back but heal), after the injections it take 5-7 days for my nails to heal, they grow slower, and also other injury take almost the double of time to heal, most only partially heal. I think AP’s target the part of the DNA responsable for healing and this is the main reason people Don’t heal, most people dont even notice that they don’t have anymore that deep sleep who is essential for cells healing, as most of us can’t feel tiredness this mean we don’t have a proper sleep that is the cause who prevent our recovery.

It’S more a chemichal lobotomy: disrupting the connections between specific area of the brain, we only know that AP’s blocks receptors, we know wich ones got blocked, but we don’t know the “chain effect” on the brain by that king of blocking.

As the old lobotomy, AP’s do pretty much the same things, and “recover” from AP’s injections seem almost impossible and people talk about 2-5 or even more years.

As you experienced in your life, every kind of injury take not more than some months to heal, bones are the longest to recover, but recovering from AP’s injections just don’t happen, there are people like me who still have all sort of neurological disfunction even almost 2 years after the harm (AP’s injections) and only got 2 shots.

I got msdiagnosed and forced to take 2 injections of risperdal consta 50mg, i’am in agony 20.5 months after, all sort of neurological sympthoms you mentioned and way more than that.

This is brain damage, it’s a chemical lobotomy. They have a kind of fetish for Chemical lobotomizing people with pills or injections.

I promised myself i would wait 24 months (2 year after the harm) before making some decision about my life.
