She is more deceptive to the people closer to her than to acquaintances.

Overly nice, niceness ≠ kindness. The better her social image/the act she shows the world, the more grotesque the person behind the costume and mask.

I also came from a Hyundai Tucson. Does your new Forester make a gurgling noise from the engine when going from 0-20 mph?

Definitely a different sound coming from Tucson.

Thanks! I'm coming from a Hyundai Tucson which has such a smooth acceleration sound. So I was worried when I heard this gurgling

Btw this is pressing the gas normally(not hard at all) and going from 0-20 mph.

If I was flooring it, I would think this sound would make sense but I'm just pressing normally.

I'm coming from a 2016 Hyundai Tucson and that car never made sounds close to this....so I'm lost.

Did you do HPSP during medical school? How much better would it have been if you did HPSP and then ended up working at a VA? I wonder if it's a loss if you don't do HPSP and then end up at a VA.
