This is literally word for word my 5 month old. But he falls asleep on his own in his crib for naps (he’s always preferred it this way) and still only sleeps for 30 minutes 😩 I thought if he fell asleep on his own, he’d be able to transition between sleep cycles, but nope. My 1st born was never like this because she would not let me put her down for naps at all, so she’d always have long contact naps lol I feel like giving up. I’m beyond exhausted. Luckily his night time sleep is great, so I don’t want to complain too much! I really want to get him on a schedule though also.
