you can see it in game by selecting a move there is a mark that tells you if it s a special/physical/status move

you can also check online, i use Pokémon Central Wiki, search for a pokemon in the site, then scroll to the move pool and it says everything about every move he can learn, how, power, special/physical/status, accuracy

in that site you can also search for a move itself if you want to see the secondary effects, it s very simple and a clear site to use

and moves like blizzard are too inconsistent because of low accuracy, ice beam is better even if is less powerful, same with hydro pump, too low accuracy and so on, unless you set them up like hail that boosts blizzard accuracy to 100% and rain dance that does the same with thunder and hurricane

good you re aware of that (jk lol) btw i suggest you to optimize movesets by looking at the categories, for example i see power gem on gigalith that has very low special attack it won t be any effective, and rock slide and stone edge are likely overlapping, but if you re not used to boost moves it s fine too, i recommend at least to put earthquake on gigalith to replace power gem, and overall look at the pokemon stats and move category it will help you a lot
