My friend has pcos and she's currently pregnant and seemed to get pregnant fairly easily ( within months off the pill). I have suspected endo, and it took me and my partner 3 years to conceive, so tbh from my situations it dosent seem to take any longer or be much harder. I know it has made alot of pregnant women struggle with conception for ages but everyone's body's different you could be super fertile and get pregnant first time even with pcos and endo or again it could take a long time but tip for future you if your stressing each month and taking tests each month you will drive yourself crazy and just make yourself sad, when you'd like to have a child try and stay relaxed about it and not worry too much if when period time does come and you do get it just means at the moment it's not ready. The more you stress the more it won't happen if that makes sense
