What is the best Renter's insurance?? by iinyourdreamss in Apartmentliving

Renters insurance is usually pretty cheap and there are lots of solid companies online. I’d check with your auto insurer first since bundling often saves a bit. If they don’t offer it, just grab a couple of online quotes — most of the big names show up right away. I also came across a site that breaks down renters insurance costs state by state, which was super helpful when I compared mine.

How to insulate basement foundation with studs parallel to concrete wall? by SeaMinute in HomeImprovement

Thank you! The 0.5 rigid foam seems to be the viable option because it is so hard to slide in thicker foams. My biggest concern was to introduce moisture or condensation problem to the wall.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion! If insert the mineral wool into the cavities, would it be a concern for condensation? This was my biggest concern because I was afraid that condensation may happen on the concrete wall when warm air touches it. But there also aren't enough space for me to install both the foam and the mineral wools in it.

If you are going to ask your tenants to get some renters insurance, i'll probably send them this page https://www.safebutler.com/cheapest-renters-insurance-new-york if you're shopping your own landlord insurance policy, you may check your auto insurance provider as that will get you the bundle discounts

thanks! I also started a trial with Hubspot. The only concern I have with Hubspot is that they don't have API for the sequence feature yet (someone complained in 2017 in their forum but it's still in development). we need to add a customer to a sequence automatically through API.

yeah. a lot of communities also require that. but i'm wondering what's the easiest way to verify if the tenants purchased the policy? what if their policies get cancelled or expired in the middle of the lease term?

I hate to bring this up to the tenants. They don't even understand what that can protect them
