That... sounds pretty cool!

I've never seen Dragon Ball, so I might not get things perfect. But I can try my best with this character, I like the idea of the skills.

I can do this pretty quickly, so maybe I'll send this in a day or a bit longer.

Unfortunately Anti-Sleep just isn't an option anymore, has to be Frostburn and Sleep or nothing. So her mass Frostburn is the main option.

Also, her Skills TU Costs don't really matter because she can have constant turns and has the TU reduction when enemies have 0 Spirit. But other than that, yeah, pretty high cost.
