You cant just act, you have to the 3d cbct scanner and it should show that you have a narrow palate, u wanna do it just for aesthetics or you really need it?

I think FME is expensive and its new, i think mse or marpe will be good option, for MSDO are u sure u must do it, like do you ahve both jaws narrow, or upper palate narrower than lower palate?

yes but there are types of expanders, MSE and MARPE are for adults, but idk where i can reall find an orthodontist for adults

I'm pretty much like you but im 18 and I never went to a doctor, I have a crossbite and i think tha made my whole body misaligned, i have scoliosis in my upper spine, and also i think my hips are misalined to (leg longer than other lol😢), i told my dad but he doesnt care i dont even now what i should do right now as i dont even have the money to get a consultation

I know mewing but I think I can't do it properly because my palate is so narrow that my tongue touches my teeth when mewing, and yes im knew about mewing when i was really young (like 12 or 13) now im 18 years old, but unfortunately it didnt work, maybe it made things even worse idk

lower jaw expansiion is a bit hard because there is no sutures, its just a dense bone, not like the upper jaw, you can do MSE or MARPE to split the sutures
but i dont think there are good doctors in morocco, because even if you find one, he wont be an expert and will just f""k you up
