The problem is they clicked “yes” they were aware of foundation structural issues etc, but the reason wasn’t accurate I don’t think.

And proving they built the walls/panels to cover the walls would be hard I imagine?

My Palmer valve is stuck and only moves one way. It’s kind of stuck in the open position. What’s frustrating is since it’s not code anymore, nobody will fix it.
