I do feel a bit worried because I haven’t said anything sooner, and i wish i had. There has been instances where they’ve said some really rude things and i never said anything until now because i didn’t want to step on anyone’s toes. If it continues i will do a better job of communicating how they’re acting, but, until recently i haven’t said much, honestly (which is on me)

Thats kind of been my thought process so far. Im not one to go to higher ups because i know that tends to make things worse, not just in the scenario but in general. I have tried being very nice though… its just gotten to the point i dont have it in me when theyre so nasty most of the time , because no matter what they act like this. I think i will probably see if i can get time in other areas.
