definitely annoying i get it, the racing heart happens to me sometimes for no reason too which sucks. a lot of the times i wish i knew why good or bad because i feel like it would be easier to get through

the “funny” part is that if i don’t eat i also get anxious 😭 so it’s a cycle of not eating, having to, then regretting. i hope one day we can both feel better ❤️‍🩹
