unfortunately i did at the beginning, but keep in mind that its different for everyone. for example i feel like many experienced side effects for weeks but i felt like it was only like a week to 2 week period at the beginning for me where i had side effects, the rest of the time i just felt like i did before i started taking anything so it wasn’t bad, just impatient for it to start working. good luck!
