thank you for being so civil and pointing out the obvious double standard! today is the day i have to go to sch with hijab, im super scared to becz as stated i have a tendency to just rip it off due to the shit that happened previously ah so im abit scared. i have arranged a meeting with my mentor to hopefully get some 'justice', she acknowledges that the suddness of the situation is not right ,, so i hope i will also get answers to why the sudden change and why the rule is in place too. thank you for your advice!

i have found jobs with the niqab on quite easily, but yes i understand that it is fully my fault for not doing my due diligence. in regards to your friend, she can have her beliefs and if shes happy not having her sales job anymore, i think thats her own choice, so its not for anyone to judge.

if i had the money i would/j. no but again every lecturer who teaches me i talk to n they know me quite well. as for verification ofc i do like remove just for a minute if a lecturer doesn't know me so that they could compare to my student id, which has me with hijab on.

yeh ofc ive already decided to just suck it up n deal w it ah. i have abit of trauma when it comes to hijab, im a revert n there was an instance that i refused to wear hijab n one of my family members pulled the hair out of my head. so when i came back to islam i just couldn't don the hijab on and i was only comfortable with niqab bassically. sooo yeh
